HAVENS / Hen Shang Co., Ltd., a company with three decades of deep-rooted experience in the automotive parts sector, has successfully produced major R&D breakthroughs after receiving the 2024 "Local Industry Innovation and R&D Promotion Program (Local SBIR)" grant. Through the execution of this project, HAVENS has accomplished a strategic transition from a traditional OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to an OBM (Original Brand Manufacturer). By leveraging 3D printing technology and digital marketing tools, the company has forged a "Tri-Smart" innovative business model—comprising Smart Manufacturing, Smart Marketing, and Smart Service—demonstrating the remarkable transformational resilience and technical prowess of Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

HAVENS has long been committed to providing high-quality, highly durable, and high-performance premium components to the global automotive industry. Recently, HAVENS officially and successfully concluded the 2024 "Benchmark Project for Carbon Reduction Packaging Design of Export Products," organized by the International Trade Administration (ITA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and executed by the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI). During the project's execution period from May to November 2025, HAVENS launched a comprehensive green transformation of its packaging. The company not only achieved the milestone of "zero plastic usage" but also slashed packaging carbon emissions by a staggering 69.50%, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development through concrete actions.
